Urad Dhal kanji



Ingredients 

Rice - 1/2 tsp
Whole urad dhal - 1 tsp
Fenugreek - a pinch
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 10-12 pcs
Pepper - 2 pcs


Method

  • Pressure cook rice and urad dhal with ½ tumbler of water.
  •  Mash the kanji well and boil for few minutes.
  •  Add jaggery and boil for minutes and switch off.
  •  Add milk to taste and mix well.
