Urad Dhal kanji
Ingredients
Rice - 1/2 tsp
Whole urad dhal - 1 tsp
Fenugreek - a pinch
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 10-12 pcs
Pepper - 2 pcs
Method
- Pressure cook rice and urad dhal with ½ tumbler of water.
- Mash the kanji well and boil for few minutes.
- Add jaggery and boil for minutes and switch off.
- Add milk to taste and mix well.
