Cocunut Thoval
Ingredients
Cocunut - ½ cup grated
Red chilli - 10 pcs
Urad dhal - 2tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Method
- Fry in oil urad dhal, coconut, asafodia and red chillis individually.
- Grind red chilli with a pinch of tamarind and salt.
- Add the fried coconut with little water.
- Finally add the fried urad dhal and a pinch of jaggery.
