Milagu Kulambu
Ingredients
Pepper - 1 tbs
Jeera - ½ tsp
Garlic - 7-8 pcs
Curry leaves - a handful
Jaggery - a pinch
Salt to taste
Method
- In a pan, add gingeley oil, fry pepper and jeera.
- In a mixie, add the fried pepper, jeera and curry leaves. Make a paste.
- Mix this paste with ¼ tumbler of water.
- In a pan add 1 tbs of gingeley oil, fry garlic.
- Add the paste mixed with water, salt and jaggery. Boil them.
- Once it thickens, oil will float on the kulambu. Switch off the flame.
