Urad Dhal vada/bonda
Ingredients
Urad dhal- 1 cup
Green chillis- 3-4
Ginger- a small piece finely chopped
Cumin - ½ tsp
Pepper - ½ tsp
Method
- Wash and soak the urad dhal for 45 mins.
- Grind the soaked urad dhal by adding little water. (Tip: the batter should not stick in wet hands)
- Add green chillis,cumin,pepper,ginger and salt.
- Fry in hot oil till golden crisp.
