Urad Dhal vada/bonda

Ingredients 

Urad dhal- 1 cup

Green chillis- 3-4

Ginger- a small piece finely chopped

Cumin - ½ tsp

Pepper - ½ tsp


Method

  • Wash and soak the urad dhal for 45 mins.
  • Grind the soaked urad dhal by adding little water. (Tip: the batter should not stick in wet hands)
  • Add green chillis,cumin,pepper,ginger and salt.
  • Fry in hot oil till golden crisp.
