Til (Ellu) Thoval
Ingredients

Black Til (Ellu) - 1 cup (100g)
Red chilli - 8-10 pcs
Tamarind - a small piece
Jaggery - ¼ tsp
Salt to taste

Method
  • In a pan, dry fry the til(ellu), till the aroma comes
  • In a pan, add oil, fry the red chilli.
  • In a mixie, add the fried red chilli, tamarind, jaggery and salt. Grind them
  • Finally add the til and grind them together.
This thoval is taken with paruppu sadam.
