Til powder (ellu mulagai podi) for dosa

Ingredients

Till - 1 cup
Red chillis - 6-8 chilis
Salt to taste

Method
  • In a pan, dry fry the til (ellu) till aroma comes.
  • In a pan, add little oil and fry the red chillis.
  • In a mixie, grind the fried red chillis first.
  • Then add the fried til with salt and a pinch of jaggery.

This podi is taken with dosa and especially black urad dhal dosa (mullu ulundu dosa)
