  • Take 6-7 coconuts and scrape it.
  • Grind the coconut scrapes and extract the coconut milk.
  • In a pan, add this milk, stir well.
  • Continue stirring, till the white sediments settle down and oil floats.
  • Filter the sediments to get pure coconut oil.
  • This oil is very aromatic. It is used for hair and skin.
