Garlic powder (poondu mulugai powder) for dosa
Ingredients
Garlic - 10-12
Red chillis- 6-8
Salt to taste
Method
- In a pan, add oil and fry the red chillis.
- In a mixie, add the fried red chillis, garlic and salt and grind well.
- To the chutney, add 3 tbs of gingeley oil and store
- Poondu mulugai podi is ready
This is taken with idili, dosa and black urad dhal dosa
